Terms & Conditions

ElWell is part of The Wellbeing Way Limited, a registered company in England and Wales, registration number 11697904.

Statement of Purpose

ElWell helps people live the life they want, and gain confidence in their ability. We can take care of every aspect of your wellbeing, including mobility, balance, memory loss, home adaptations, nutrition and loneliness. Start with a consultation and then our trained team of Oxfordshire-based experts can provide you with one of our bespoke packages at home or help you navigate and access the right resources.

Our Services

Our services are performed by qualified, registered and insured therapists who work within their defined scope of practice as dictated by their relevant UK governing body.

ElWell is committed to helping clients during its services in the following ways:

  1. Consultation: The aim of this 90-minute face-to-face meeting is to understand the client’s overall wellbeing. Following the assessment, the client will be sent a report containing a summary and recommended next steps. Depending on what these are, they may sit in or outside of ElWell’s offering

  2. Treat: One-off sessions, each focusing on one of ElWell’s areas of expertise

  3. Maintain: One-off sessions, tailored to the client’s needs

  4. Review: A review of your changing needs and help you plan for your future. If clients need support following the Review, they can purchase Treat or Maintain sessions

The focus of the service is agreed ahead of time between ElWell and the client.

Payment must be settled at the end of the appointment via electronic transfer. In some circumstances where this is not possible, we can also accept cheques (made out to The Wellbeing Way Limited or ElWell) and cash, but this must be confirmed in advance.

Appointment Cancellations

When an appointment is scheduled, this allotted period of time is held exclusively for the patient. We require 24 hours’ notice to re-schedule or cancel appointment.
